Lani, your custom set of collage therapy cards are exactly what I had in mind! Your collage designs evoke a wide range of emotions. I love how you incorporated blue in sad and hopeful images. I especially like the blue butterfly in jar, the woman in a yoga pose with an orange sky, and the child with the armor vest. The crispness of the photos, the lamination and the unexpected inclusion of additional card & a folder just confirms that I made the best choice in asking you to create custom cards specifically for me. Your art is so inspiring. I also appreciate the respect shown in your artwork, conversations, packaging and the lovely thank you card to the receiver. Dear Lani, I will be forever grateful to you for creating such a beautiful and meaningful Block Set for my Sister. She is also the Best Friend I could ever want. We are inseparable I can't imagine life without her. She was recently diagnosed with Dementia, which could lead to Alzheimers. We have such a beautiful lifetime of shared memories, and it breaks my heart to think there may come a time where she doesn't remember. Lani was kind enough to listen to my story - we wrote back and forth several times - and create the most wonderful Block Set, full of beautiful stamps and such meaningful words. When I entered through the door on the intro page, I found myself in a safe, special world where I feel held and surrounded by love, where I can finally feel a respite from the struggle and take in some wonderful refreshment. For me, even "walking" through the many pages of your site, taking in the visual beauty, poetry, and music, reminded me that no matter how hard the struggle has been, healing is happening and I must hold on to hope and be courageous. In some mystical way, the nurturing messages infused in the website have become a source of tangible support for me in this on-going journey. They are truly God-inspired and amazing---Many blessings to you and thank you again for being a voice of strength in the midst of the struggle!
